Abstrakt: Příspěvek se zabývá formami spravedlnosti v edukačním kontextu. Nabízí vhled do spletivé problematiky typologie spravedlnosti (od distributivní až po restorativní) se zřetelem na předchozí práce v oblasti edukace v ČR. Následně představuje sebehodnotící dotazník zaměřený na měření subjektivního vnímání několika typů spravedlnosti u studentů učitelství. Prezentována je i výsledná faktorová struktura dotazníku z posledního sběru dat. Dotazník představuje nástroj pro měření několika hlavních typů spravedlnosti a je podložený výsledky explorační faktorové analýzy.

Title: SUBJECTIVELY PERCEIVED JUSTICE BY PRE‑SERVICE TEACHERS
Abstract: The paper focused on types of justice in the educational context. It offers insight into the complex issues of the typology of justice (from distributive to restorative) concerning previous work in the field of education in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, it presents a self ‑assessment questionnaire to measure the subjective perception of several types of justice among students of education. The resulting factor structure of the questionnaire from the last data collection is also presented. A questionnaire is a tool for measuring several main types of justice and is based on exploratory factor analysis.
