Sekce 2: Kvalita učitele a učitelského vzdělávání
Abstrakt: Vytvářené podmínky práce jsou v souvislosti se společenskými proměnami v učitelství poměrně nestabilním fenoménem. Lze přitom předpokládat, že ovlivňují kvalitu profesního výkonu učitele, a tedy také efekty školního vyučování. Příspěvek zjišťuje reálné podmínky práce učitele v současné základní škole. Opírá se o sm.šený výzkum s akcentem na kvalitativní procedury. Na souboru devatenácti náhodně vybraných učitelů jsou kombinovány dvě výzkumn. metody: hloubkový rozhovor a metoda profesiografie, při níž byl časovým snímkem zjišťován týdenn. rozsah a struktura profesních aktivit učitelů.

Title: Teacher working conditions at the current basic school
Abstract: The created working conditions are relatively unstable phenomenon in the context of social transformations in teaching. It can be assumed that they influence the quality of teacher professional performance and, therefore, also the schooling effects. The paper discovers the real teacher working conditions at the current basic school. It is based on the mixed methods research with an emphasis on qualitative procedures. On the set of nineteen randomly selected teachers two research methods are combined: an in – depth interview and professiography method, within which the weekly scope and the structure of the professional activities of teachers were investigated by time tracking.
