Sekce 3: UČITELÉ A JINÍ PEDAGOGIČTÍ PRACOVNÍCI
Protože jde o multidimenzionální a multioborový jev, vychází referát z poznatků pedagogiky, školního managementu, psychologie osobnosti a sociální psychologie. Odpor vůči změně teoreticky propracovali zejména: Kurt Lewin (1951), Ronald Lippitt et al. (1958) a Everrett Rogers (2003).
Title: REPLY FOR A CHANGE AS A RESEARCH PROBLEM
Abstract: The aim of the contribution is to summarise the current findings on the examination of resistance to changes in education at individual, group, institution and department level. As this is a multidimensional and multidisciplinary phenomenon, the report is based on the knowledge of pedagogy, school management, personality psychology and social psychology. In theory, the resistance to change was discussed in particular: Kurt Lewin (1951), Ronald Lippitt et al. (1958) and Everett Rogers (2003). On the basis of computer research, they are analysed, sorted and presented in the form of a review report: current general knowledge of teacher resistance to strategic, functional or evolutionary changes at state, regional or school level. Resistance to change depends on: the type of change, the specificities of the promoters of change, the way in which the change is introduced, the specificities of the addressees of change (individuals, faculty, school, school and school), the types of opponents of change, the resistance to change used and the focus of resistance (on the tendency to prevent change, the tendency to postpone it, the tendency to clarify and improve the original concept of change).
Keywords: resistance to change, the types of changes, individual, group, reasons for resistance, expressions of resistance, positive aspects
