Abstrakt: Příspěvek se věnuje problematice kompetencí lektora ve vzdělávání seniorů. Pozornost bude věnována v.běru metod pro edukaci této specifické věkové skupiny populace. Cílem příspěvku je popsat vybrané metody používané v edukaci seniorů. K dalším sledovan.m cílům se řadí komparace vybran.ch strategií a vymezení jejich možného vztahu a účinků směrem k učebnímu klimatu. Ve v.zkumném šetření jsou dále sledovány lektorské činnosti osob se zaměřením na vybrané kompetence (v.běr metod). Následnou anal.zou jsou objasněny jednotlivé jevy, vztahy, ovlivňující faktory. V.zkum je pojat jako kvalitativní. Základními v.zkumn.mi metodami jsou: obsahová anal.za dokumentů, polostrukturovan. rozhovor a polostrukturované pozorování. V.zkum je realizován v různ.ch typech zájmov.ch edukačních aktivit na vybraném vzorku seniorů.

Title: Selection of methods for education of the elderly
Abstract: The article deals with the issue of competences of a lecturer in education of the elderly. Attention will be drawn on the selection of methods for education in this specific age group of population. The aim of this article is to describe selected methods used for education of the elderly. Other observed targets are comparison of chosen strategies and defining their possible connection and effects towards the climate of lessons. In empiric part lecturing activities with direction on selected competences (selection of methods) are observed. Following analysis explains individual phenomena, relationships and influencing factors. The research is qualitative. The basic survey methods are: content analysis of documents, semi-structured interview and semi-structured observation. The research is carried out in various types of educational activities with selected sample of the elderly people.
