Abstrakt: V prosazování genderové rovnosti má školství důležitou roli. Jedním z aspektů genderové rovnosti ve vzdělávání je zohlednění a integrace genderové dimenze do obsahu výuky a zároveň v rámci výzkumu. I přes prioritizaci (např. v rámci ERA) je v této oblasti malý posun (Palmén, et al., 2022). Tato studie se zaměřuje na vzdělávací politiky České republiky a Irska a analyzuje dokumenty, které se věnují tématu genderové dimenze v obsahu výuky na úrovni terciálního vzdělávání. Studie zjišťuje, v jakých dokumentech se toto téma objevuje, jaká jsou opatření pro integraci genderové dimenze do obsahu výuky a zda a jak je téma v dokumentech zpracované a konceptualizované.

Title: GENDER DIMENSION IN TEACHING CONTENT AND RESEARCH IN NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL POLICIES OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND IRELAND WITH A FOCUS ON TERTIARY EDUCATION
Abstract: Education plays an important role in promoting gender equality. One of the aspects of gender equality in education is consideration and integration of the gender dimension into the content of learning and research. Despite prioritization (e.g. within the ERA), little progress has been made in this area (Palmén et al., 2022). This study focuses on the educational policies of the Czech Republic and Ireland and analyzes the documents that address the topic of gender dimension in the content of teaching at the tertiary education level. The study investigates in which documents this topic appears, what measures are taken to integrate the gender dimension into the teaching content, and whether and how the topic is processed and conceptualized in the documents.
