Abstrakt: Příspěvek se zabývá zdroji a vnímáním životních vzorů u současných dětí. Vychází z analýzy vlastních empirických dat získaných strukturovanými rozhovory s českými dětmi ve věku 6-17 let a klade si otázky související s potřebou existence vzorů u dětské populace, s představiteli těchto dětských vzorů, se zdroji sycení této potřeby a charakteristikami hodnocení přijímaných představitelů životních ideálů. Situace v České republice je srovnávána s podobně laděným výzkumem realizovaným mezi čínskými dětmi a mládeží. Cílem příspěvku je tak též pohled na odraz světa dospělých ve svébytném světě dětí a jejich představ o životě.

Title: ROLE MODELS AND IDOLS OF THE CONTEMPORARY CZECH CHILDREN
Abstract: The paper deals with resources and the perception of role models and idols among the contemporary children. On the basis of empirical data obtained from structured interview with czech children agend 6-17 there are questioned issued related to the need for the existence of patterns in the child population, to the representative of the role models and idols, to the sources of creating the idols and heroes and their characteristics. At the end there is made the comparison between our survey and the research among the chineese children and young people. However, the aim of the papaer is to show the reflection of the world of adults in the social world of contemporary children and their ideas about life.
