Abstrakt: Cílem je informovat o kvalitativním výzkumu pedagogických procesů v mateřských školách měnících se ve společném vzdělávání a o vnímání podmínek pedagogy. Východiskem je koherence mezi konceptem osobnostně rozvíjející výchovy a hodnotovým konceptem společného vzdělávání. Na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pedagogy 20 MŠ byl v oblasti postojů potvrzen význam zkušeností, v oblasti procesů důležitost respektování především mentálního věku dítěte, v oblasti podmínek poměr mezi počtem děti a dospělých pečujících osob, potřeba sdílené koncepce MŠ význam spolupráce se specialisty a rodinou.

Title: INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN KINDERGARTENS— QUALITATIVE RESEARCH
Abstract: The aim is to report on qualitative research on teaching processes in kinder‑ gartens on the path to collaborative education and on teachers’ perceptions of the conditions. The key point is the coherence between the concept of personal development education and the value concept of collaborative education. Based on semi‑structured interviews with teachers in 20 kindergartens, the importance of experience was confirmed in the area of attitudes, as well as the importance of respecting especially the child’s mental age. In the area of conditions it was the ratio between the number of children and caring adults and the need for a shared concept of the kindergarten, including the importance of cooperation with specialists and the family.
