Abstrakt: Studie se zabývá edukačním potenciálem herních principů v e ‑learningu z po‑ hledu aktérů vzdělávacího procesu. Zkoumá, jak mohou digitální hry vstoupit do výuky a studia na vysoké škole, jestli jsou učební herní principy slučitelné s logikou dominantního vzdělávacího paradigmatu a jaké jsou jejich výhody a nevýhody. Souhrn dílčích výsledků tematické analýzy rozhovorů s vysoko‑ školskými učiteli a experty na e ‑learning nám pomůže objasnit jejich postoje k online výuce s herními prvky, a prohloubit naše chápání role, kterou mohou ve vzdělávání účinně plnit. Na základě diskuse poznatků doporučujeme učitelům a vývojářům výukových online systémů, jak by mohli zlepšit design e ‑learningu v souladu s potřebami a různými učebními styly studentů.

Title: UNIVERSITY TEACHER AS A DESIGNER OF E ‑LEARNING WITH GAMING ELEMENTS
Abstract: The study deals with the educational potential of computer gaming principles in e ‑learning from the perspective of actors in the educational process. It ex‑ plores how digital games can enter teaching and learning at university, whether educational game principles are compatible with the logic of the dominant ed‑ ucational paradigm and what are their advantages and disadvantages. A sum‑ mary of the partial results of thematic analysis of interviews with university teachers and experts on e ‑learning will help us clarify their attitudes to online learning with game elements and deepen our understanding of the role they can effectively fulfill in education. Based on the discussion of our findings, we recommend to teachers and developers of online learning environments how they could improve the design of e ‑learning in accordance with the needs and different learning styles of students.
