Abstrakt: Cílem příspěvku bylo vymezit analýzu aktuálních dohledaných publikovaných poznatků o pozitivních a negativních zkušenostech s mentoringem u studentů ošetřovatelství a zdravotnického záchranářství pregraduálního vzdělávání v klinickém výukovém prostředí pomocí rešeršní vyhledávací strategie v elektornických databázích. Teoretickým východiskem bylo vymezení pojmů klinické výukové prostředí a mentoring. Výsledkem bylo zjištění pozitivních a negativních zkušeností s mentoringem např. pocit větší jistoty a důvěry × neochota, nezájem mentora.

Title: ANALYSIS OF EXPERIENCE WITH MENTORING IN A CLINICAL TEACHING ENVIRONMENT FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS OF NURSING AND PARAMEDICS
Abstract: The aim of the paper was to present an analysis of current published knowl‑ edge about positive and negative experience with mentoring for nursing and paramedics students in undergraduate education in a clinical teaching environ‑ ment using a search strategy in electronic databases. The theoretical basis was the definition of the concepts of clinical learning environment and mentoring. The result was the finding of positive and negative experience with mentoring, such as a feeling of greater confidence and trust vs. reluctance, disinterest of the mentor.
