Sekce 4: Učitelé a jiní pedagogičtí pracovníci

Abstrakt: Prezentace se věnuje mezigeneračnímu učení „.“e škole (resp. té jeho části, která zahrnuje jen dospělé). Záměrem širšího výzkumného projektu je rozkrýt neformální a informální učení napříč generacemi v rámci vzdělávacích aktivit pro učitele, v rámci podpory začínajících učitelů zkušenými učiteli, stejně jako v rámci běžného sdílení a spolupráce. V prezentaci nabídneme popis a interpretaci vybraných situací mezigeneračního učení ve škole, na jejichž základě budeme fenomén blíže charakterizovat. Téma mezigeneračního učení se v pedagogickém výzkumu objevuje relativně nově (Rabušicová et al., 2011), ač je významnou součástí učení a vzdělávání v profesním kontextu (srov. např. Spannring, 2008) a jeho význam v současnosti roste (srov. např. Fischer, 2008). Mezigenerační učení ve škole pak úzce souvisí s postoji k různým generacím učitelů (Lazarová, 2011), s kontextem školního prostředí (Pol et al., 2013), ale i s individuálními volbami v rámci profesní dráhy (Švaříček, 2011). Prezentace vychází z širšího výzkumného projektu postaveného na smíšeném výzkumném designu (Bergman, 2008), prezentovány však budou výsledky z první, kvalitativní, fáze šetření (srov. Yin, 2003). Cílem této části je podrobně popsat a interpretovat vybrané situace mezigeneračního učení ve škole. Jako výzkumná metoda bylo zvoleno obserview, tedy pozorování chování doplněné následnými hloubkovými rozhovory s cílem rozkrýt významy, které konkrétnímu jednání aktéři přisuzují (Kragelund, 2009). Předběžná analýza dat ukazuje na pestrost situací a kontextů, ve kterých se mezigenerační učení vyskytuje ve školních sborech. Výzkumný projekt směřuje k vytvoření modelu mezigeneračního učení zahrnujícího celý proces učení od jeho iniciace, přes vklad jednotlivých generací do procesu až po využití naučeného v práci učitele. Tento model je v současnosti v prvotní fázi rozpracování a bude prezentován na konferenci.

Title: INTERGENERATIONAL LEARNING AT SCHOOL
Abstract: The presentation focuses on intergenerational learning. „The aim of the wider research project is to extend informal and informal learning across generations in educational activities for teachers, in support of initial teachers by experienced teachers, as well as in the framework of ordinary sharing and cooperation. In the presentation we will offer a description and interpretation of selected situations of intergenerational learning at the school, on the basis of which we will describe the phenomenon more closely. The subject of intergenerational learning appears relatively new in pedagogical research (Rabusic et al., 2011), although it is an important part of learning and education in a professional context (cf. Spannring, 2008) and its importance is currently increasing (cf. Inter-generational learning at school is closely linked to attitudes towards different generations of teachers (Lazarová, 2011), the context of the school environment (Pol et al., 2013), but also to individual career choices (Švaříček, 2011). The presentation is based on a wider research project based on mixed research design (Bergman, 2008), but the results will be presented from the first, qualitative, phase of the investigation (cf. Yin, 2003). The aim of this section is to describe and interpret in detail the selected situations of intergenerational learning at school. The research method has been chosen by the service, i.e. the observation of behavior, supplemented by subsequent in-depth interviews to uncover the meanings attributed to specific actions by the actors (Kragelund, 2009). Preliminary data analysis shows the diversity of situations and contexts in which intergenerational learning occurs in schools. The research project aims to create a model of intergenerational learning involving the whole learning process from its initiation to the input of individual generations into the process to the use learned in the work of the teacher. This model is currently in the initial stage of development and will be presented at the conference.
