Abstrakt: Cílem příspěvku je představení výsledků výzkumného šetření souvislostí mezi výsledky přijímacího řízení a úspěšností studentů v 1. ročníku programu Učitelství pro mateřské školy na FPE ZČU v Plzni. Uvedeným šetřením chceme poukázat na otázky efektivity nastavení procesu přijímacího řízení do studijního programu Učitelství pro MŠ ve vztahu k následné úspěšnosti studentů tohoto oboru v prvním ročníku studia, dále na otázku motivace uchazečů o studium a na reflexi spokojenosti studentů se studiem oboru v závěru 1. ročníku studia. Výstupy šetření poslouží fakultě pro nastavení procesů předcházení studijní neúspěšnosti.

Title: Relationship Between the Results of the Admission Procedure and the Success of the Students in the First Year of the Study Program Teacher Training for Kindergartens on Faculty of Education at the University of West Bohemia
Abstract: The aim of the paper is to present the results of the research investigation of the connections between the admission procedure results and the success of the students in the first year of the study program Kindergarten Teacher Training. By this survey we want to answer the questions of the effectiveness of setting up the admission process to the study program Teacher Training for Kindergarten in relation to the success of students in this field in the first year of study. reflection of satisfaction with the study of the field at the end of the first year of study. We assume a similar investigation in other fields studied at FPE. The outcomes of the research will further serve the Faculty as a basis for setting up processes for the prevention of study failure Fakulty of Education at the University of West Bohemia.
