Abstrakt: V příspěvku budou představeny metodologické přístupy vedoucí k ověření osobnosti učitele, který má pracovat s metodou ovlivňování klimatu třídy. Zjišťování osobnosti učitele je součástí disertační práce „Utváření klimatu třídy s žákem se specifickou poruchou chování“. Na jeho osobnosti, předpokladech a schopnostech závisí úspěšné zavádění v disertační práci navrhované metody cílící na změny v emoční inteligenci žáků a s tím související osvojování si dílčích sociálních dovedností.

Title: Personality of the teacher who implements the method of the affecting the climateof the classroom
Abstract: The paper presents methodological approaches leading to validation of the personality of the teacher who works with the method of influencing the climate of the class. Identifying of the personality of the teacher is the part of the doctoral thesis „Creating a classroom climate with a pupil with a specific behavioral disorder“. On the personality, the assumptions and the capabilities of the teacher depends the successful introduction of the proposed method.
