Abstrakt: Příspěvek představí předběžné výsledky kvantitativní části smíšeného výzkumu zaměřeného na subjektivní teorie učitelů českého jazyka spojené s multigramotností, který slouží jako pilotáž mého disertačního výzkumu. Kvantitativní část zkoumá míru znalosti tohoto pojmu, jeho obsahové vymezení a deklarované způsoby, jimiž učitelé multigramotnost rozvíjejí ve výuce. Dosavadní analýza naznačuje, že multigramotnost není v českém prostředí jednoznačně uchopena a bývá spojována spíše s dílčími gramotnostmi či digitálními dovednostmi. Současně se objevují náznaky intuitivního využívání multimodálních textů, které mohou s rozvojem multigramotnosti souviset. Zjištění otevírají prostor pro diskusi o potřebě systematičtějšího zakotvení multigramotnosti v kurikulu i pedagogické praxi.

Title: MULTILINGUALISM AS A CHALLENGE FOR TEACHING THE CZECH LANGUAGE: TEACHERS’ PERSPECTIVES IN PRELIMINARY DATA
Abstract: The paper presents preliminary results of the quantitative part of mixed research focused on subjective theories of Czech language teachers related to multiliteracies, a pilot study for my dissertation. The quantitative part examines the level of knowledge of this concept, its content definition, and the declared ways in which teachers develop multiliteracy in their teaching. The analysis suggests that multiliteracy is not clearly understood in the Czech environment and is often associated with partial literacies or digital skills. Yet there are signs of intuitive use of multimodal texts, possibly related to the development of multiliteracy. These findings open up space for discussion about the need for a more systematic anchoring of multiliteracy in the curriculum and pedagogical practice.
