Abstrakt: Cílem příspěvku je na základě kvalitativního výzkumu identifikovat strategie, které lektoři pracující s dospělými imigranty považují za důležité v prevenci syndromu vyhoření. Zároveň je účelem příspěvku poukázat na směr y v dalším vzdělávání, které tato skupina vzdělavatelů vnímá jako potřebné, dané výsledky budeme srovnávat mezi oběma zeměmi.

Title: Teachers working with adult migrants in the Czech Republic and Sweden –how they cope with work-related stress and their view of further education
Abstract: Teachers working with adult immigrants meet various demands, not only resulting from multicultural environment. The aim of the paper is to identify strategies that teachers working with adult immigrants consider important in prevention of burnout syndrome. At the same time, the purpose is to point out possible directions in further education that this group of teachers perceive as necessary. The research was carried out in Czechia and Sweden. Czech lecturers working full-time or part-time and teaching in different courses, showed enthusiasm in connection with the fact that teaching foreigners is a hobby. Swedes working at one school and having more lessons a day mentioned as a theme supervision and management of the school. At the same time, there was the theme of the need to maintain professional boundaries. These two themes did not come up with the Czech participants at all. Unlike the Czech lecturers, we recorded themes relating to personal development of the Swedish participants.
