Abstrakt: Cílem příspěvku je představit výsledky analýzy plánovaného kurikula pedagogických disciplín v přípravném učitelském vzdělávání na pedagogické fakultě. Zaměřujeme se na to, v jakých diskurzech je žákovská diverzita v kurikulu studentů učitelství tematizována a která témata diverzity jsou v kurikulu deklarována a v jakých kontextech.

Title: How is Learner Diversity Embedded in Planned Curriculum of Student Teachers?
Abstract: The paper presents analysis of planned curriculum of educational subjects included in pre-service teacher tertiary education in respect to pupils’ diversity. Our research question is: “How learners’ diversity is embedded in the content and discourse of curriculum of educational courses in teacher education?” We qualitatively analyzed all general educational subjects from bachelor and master study programs of one faculty of education in the Czech Republic. The results show a variety of discourses in which the curriculum is constructed. This analysis is a part of a broader research project of the Czech Science Foundation GA 19-06763S „Ethnography of Diversity in Pre-Service Teacher Education“ using multi-sided ethnography (Marcus, 1995), i.e. university and elementary school, based on lessons’ observation, interviews with teachers and student teachers, analysis of lessons preparations, and reflective diaries from student teachers practice.
