Abstrakt: Cílem je analyzovat změny společenského kontextu a jejich dopadů na specifika práce učitele v prostředí současné společnosti. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit: (1) do jaké míry se učitelé ZŠ při své práci konfrontují se společenskými proměnami; (2) v čem ovlivňuje společenský vývoj a jeho změny učitele základních škol v jejich práci; (3) v jakých oblastech profesní činnosti (situacích) a v jaké míře zažívají učitelé ZŠ morální distres. Příspěvek obsahuje charakteristiku současné společnosti, vymezení učitelské profese a její specifika, popis učitelské profese v současné společnosti. Výzkumné metody jsou následující: hloubkový polostrukturovaný rozhovor, pozorování, dotazník moral distres scale (MDC). Předpokládám, že aktuální změny ve společnosti ovlivňují rozsah profesních činností učitele a způsoby řešení, jeho pojetí výuky, profesní autonomii a učitelovo profesní přesvědčení. Příspěvek zjišťuje rozsah a charakter profesní zátěže, kterou lze připsat fenoménu morálního distresu.

Title: INFLUENCE OF COMMON CHANGES TO TEACHER WORKING CONDITIONS
Abstract: The aim is to analyse changes in the social context and their impact on the specifics of teaching work in the current society. The aim of the research is to find out: (1) to what extent the teachers of the school are confronted with social changes in their work; (2) how social developments and changes to primary school teachers influence their work; (3) In which areas of professional activity (situations) and to what extent teachers are experiencing moral distressed. The contribution includes the characteristics of the current society, the definition of the teaching profession and its specificities, the description of the teaching profession in the current society. The research methods are as follows: in-depth semi-structured interview, observations, questionnaire moral distress scale (MDC). I assume that current changes in society affect the scope of the teacher’s professional activities and ways of dealing, his concept of teaching, professional autonomy and teacher’s professional beliefs. The contribution identifies the scope and nature of the professional burden attributable to the phenomenon of moral stress.
