Abstrakt: V souvislosti s úsilím o zkvalitňování pregraduální učitelské přípravy je potřeba porozumět individuálním cílům a dalším faktorům ovlivňujícím uvažování a jednání studentů v procesech učení se na pedagogických praxích. Cílem výzkumu bylo identifikovat charakter jednotlivých dimenzí učení, analyzovat jejich společný výskyt na úrovni jedince a porovnat je u dvou skupin praktikujících budoucích učitelů, u skupiny studentů, kteří absolvovali standardní praxe a u skupiny studentů s intenzívní pedagogickou praxí zahrnující posílenou reflektivní a mentorskou podporu.

Title: Dynamics of Professional Learning Patterns in Two Groups of Future Teachers
Abstract: The aim of the research was to identify the nature of each dimension of learning, analyze their common occurrence at the individual level and compare them to a group of students who have completed standard practice and a group of students with intensive pedagogical practice. Our research study consists of data drawn from written reflections of two groups of students. Students who completed a 2-semester teaching practice with enhanced reflective and mentoring support (N=34) and students following routine teaching practice with less hours spent on practice and hours of follow-up and no mentor support (N=60). The statements of both groups of students were analyzed using a coding scheme based on the Oosterheert model (2001). The results of the analysis confirmed the existence of the key dimensions of learning processes identified by Oosterheert (2001). There were qualitative differences in the experience of emotions and preferred learning strategies among the groups of future teachers.
