Abstrakt: Cílem výzkumu bylo empiricky ověřit, jaký potenciál má metoda skupinové reflexe Wanda v kontextu české školy. Za nejzásadnější podmínku pro systematické zavádění Wandy považujeme vnitřní motivaci učitelů se skupinových reflexí účastnit, proto jsme se rozhodly zaměřit pozornost především na ně, jejich pohled a perspektivu.

Title: Implementation of the co-reflection method Wanda from the perspective of Czech teachers
Abstract: The aim of the research was to verify the potential of the co-reflection method Wanda in the context of a Czech school. The analysis of the interviews shows that most teachers appreciate the strengthening of mutual trust and belonging in a professional learning community. It also creates space for sharing and solving problems and enables to view difficult cases from different perspectives. The method also contributes to the development of self-knowledge and personal development mainly through structured reflection. However, it has also several risks: reluctance of some participants to share their problems and ideas, limited interest in other participants` cases and difficulty to describe the core of the problem. One of the challenges is also a fact that teachers may bring similar cases to the sessions which may cause certain feeling of stereotypization.
