Srovnání s těmito daty (Urbánek & Chvál, 2012) nám umožňuje blíže interpretovat výsledky šetření dotazníkem KUS na konkrétní škole a zařadit tyto výsledky do kontextu ostatních základních škol v ČR. Aby to bylo možné, vytváříme soubor základních typů sociálního klimatu učitelských sborů na českých školách – to je cílem této fáze výzkumu. V příspěvku budou prezentovány tři případové studie základních škol. Na těchto třech příkladech jsou dobře patrné možnosti i limity praktického využití dotazníku KUS.

Title: CLIMATE OF TEACHERS ‚BOARD IN PRAXI
Abstract: The aim of the contribution is to show on individual examples of schools the possibility of practical use of the KUS questionnaire, i.e. how entering the KUS questionnaire and its evaluation will help the school to identify, describe its strengths and problems. This use of the KUS questionnaire is suitable both for pedagogical research and for school management. Both uses will be shown. For the description of primary school as an organisation and characterisation of the state in which the school is located, there are currently no suitable, consensual, recognised characteristics. It is not only for qualitative school research that it would be appropriate to have quantitative characteristics that would allow the school to be included in the context of other schools. One of these characteristics can be the climate of the faculty. The school’s climate is a more specific phenomenon than the school’s climate and it is not possible to identify them. However, research shows that relationships between teachers who interact very closely with both school management and pupils and their parents have a key impact on the overall climate of the school (Urbanek, 2008; Urbanek, Dvořák & Old 2014). The teachers‘ body can also be considered to carry the school’s continuing identity. Therefore, in this research we consider the social climate of the faculty to be an important characteristic, suitable for describing the state of the school. As part of standardisation and further use of the KUS questionnaire, a sufficiently large set of data from Czech primary schools was collected. Comparison with these dates (Urbánek & Praise, 2012) allows us to interpret the results of the inquiry by the KUS questionnaire at a specific school and to include these results in the context of other primary schools in the Czech Republic. To make this possible, we are creating a set of basic types of social climate teachers‘ choirs in Czech schoolsthis is the objective of this phase of research. Three case studies of primary schools will be presented in the contribution. On these three examples, the possibilities and limits of the practical use of the KUS questionnaire are well apparent.
