Concern based adoption modelu (George, Hall, & Stiegelbauer, 2006), který implementaci kurikulárních změn operacionalizuje na třech úrovních – vlastnosti zaváděné změny (innovation configuration map), postoje aktérů ke změně (stages of concern) a míra implementace změny (levels of use).
Title: EXCEPTION OF CURISULAR CHANGES TO TESTS: SUMMARY OF THE MAIN RESULTS OF THE COSTS
Abstract: The aim of the contribution is to present the main results of the research survey, which was to see how teachers perceive curricular reform and whether there is a link between their position on reform and the use of curricular documents in practice. The investigation is the second phase of the GAČR project between acceptance and resistance: The perception of curricular changes by teachers during the ten years of implementation of the reform (GA15-05122S), which analyses how teachers (not) accept curricular reform after ten years of its stage in schools. The theoretical framework of the investigation is based on the so-called Concern based adoption model (George, Hall, & Stiegelbauer, 2006), which operationalises the implementation of curricular changes at three levelsthe characteristics of the innovation configuration map, the attitude of actors to change (stages of concern) and the level of implementation of change (levels of use). In accordance with the model, we assume that the processes and decisions relating to curricular changes in practice are subjective in nature (Fullan, 2007). The decisive factor affecting the success of curricular changes is therefore represented by teachers as actors implementing the intended changes in practice. Interpretation of curricular changes by teachers is based on their personal beliefs, interpretations and experience (Vähäsantanen & Eteläpelto, 2011). The investigation represents the second phase of more extensive research on how primary school teachers perceive curricular reform. In total, the authors carried out 18 semi-structured interviews in which the respondents answered questions about their attitudes and experience with reform. There was also a link between respondents‘ attitudes towards reform, perceived prowess and the use of curricular documents. Three case studies with selected teachers were conducted following the interviewsaccording to their prevailing attitude to the continuity between acceptance and resistance. The data obtained was processed by thematic coding and evaluated by qualitative content analysis. Following the previous questionnaire investigation, respondents can be divided according to their prevailing position on reform into resistant, acceptable and neutral. A more detailed view through interviews and case studies has shown that teachers‘ attitudes towards reform may change before and after its introduction. These changes to the continuum between acceptance and respondent had, for example, positive expectations of reform, but now, due to experience and barriers in implementation, they have a negative attitude towards reform.
