Abstrakt: Príspevok pojednáva o procese adaptácie nástroja na meranie učiteľskej self-efficacy (SE) – Norwegian Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (NTSES) a predstavuje jeho psychometrické vlastnosti. Na vzorke (n = 260) českých učiteľov (82, 3 %) a študentov učiteľstva v posledných ročníkoch bola prevedená analýza hlavných komponentov (PCA) a konfirmačná faktorová analýza (CFA). Výsledky týchto a ďalších analýz naznačujú, že adaptovaný nástroj pre Českú republiku je reliabilný a validný a je vhodný pre výskumné účely.

Title: NTSES TEACHER SELF-EFFICACY – ADAPTATION OF THE NTSES
Abstract: The paper deals with the process of adaptation of the Norwegian Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (NTSES) and presents its psychometric properties. The principal components analysis (PCA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed on a sample (n = 260) of Czech teachers (82.3 %) and students of teaching in the last year of their study. The results of these as well as other analyses indicate that the tool adapted for the Czech Republic is reliable and valid and is suitable for research purposes.
