Sekce 2: Podmínky současného světa jako výzva pro pedagogickou teorii i praxi

Abstrakt: Jedním z nejožehavějších problémů současné civilizace jsou konflikty mezi etnickými, rasovými a náboženskými skupinami nebo celými národy a státy. Druhým důležitým problémem společnosti je vztah mezi rodiči a školou, což patří k základním subjektům výchovy a bez jejich dobrých vztahů a kooperace nemůže úspěšně fungovat vzdělávání mládeže. Příspěvek spojuje dvě významné oblasti současné pedagogiky a věnuje se vztahům školy a rodin-cizinců. Na vztahy školy a rodiny cizinců nahlížím jako na problematiku interkulturních procesů, které probíhají v multietnické společnosti. Vztahy školy a rodin-cizinců zkoumaný v rámcích akulturace, sociálního procesu, v němž dochází ke kulturním změnám trvalým stykem dvou nebo více kultur. Akulturace zahrnuje jak přebírání jedněch prvků z jiné kultury, tak vylučování jiných nebo jejich přetváření. Cílem je identifikovat vztahy ruských rodin a českých škol. Výzkumné šetření bude zaměřené na objasnění specifik vzájemných vztahů ruské rodiny a české školy v procesu akulturace. V průběhu výzkumu bude stanoveno, jaké akulturační strategie volí ruské rodiny. Také bude zjištěno, jak se zvolené strategie projevují ve vztahu mezi ruskými rodiči dětí a českými školami. Problematika rodiny a školy bude zkoumána pomocí kvalitativního přístupu. Nyní byl proveden předvýzkum. Bylo zjištěno, že vztahy ruských rodin a českých škol ovlivňuje jak zvolená akulturační strategie, tak i následující adaptace. Výsledky adaptace jsou závislé na psychologických a sociokulturních faktorech, které velmi úzce souvisí. Úspěšná psychologická adaptace záleží na typu osobnosti člověka, události v jeho životě, a na sociální podpoře. Efektivní sociální adaptace záleží na znalosti kultury, míry začlenění ve skupinové vztahy a možnost navazovat kontakty.

Title: FAMILY AND SCHOOL RELATIONSHIPS: ON EXAMPLE FAMILIES OF FOREIGNERS
Abstract: One of the most pressing problems of contemporary civilization are conflicts between ethnic, racial, religious groups or whole nations and states. The second important problem for society is the relationship between parents and school, which is among the basic subjects of education, and without their good relationships and cooperation, youth education cannot successfully function. The contribution combines two important areas of contemporary pedagogy and focuses on school and family relations. I view the relations between schools and families of foreigners as an issue of intercultural processes that take place in a multiethnic society. Relations between the school and the family of foreigners examined in the framework of the aculturation, a social process in which cultural changes occur through permanent contact of two or more cultures. Accumulation covers both the taking over of elements from another culture and the elimination of others or their reforming. The aim is to identify relations between Russian families and Czech schools. The research inquiry will aim to clarify the specificities of the relationship between the Russian family and the Czech school in the process of aculturation. In the course of the research, it will determine which aculturation strategies Russian families choose. It will also be established how the chosen strategies manifest themselves in the relationship between Russian parents of children and Czech schools. The issues of family and school will be examined using a qualitative approach. Pre-research has now been carried out. It has been found that relations between Russian families and Czech schools affect both the chosen and the following adaptations. The results of adaptation depend on psychological and socio-cultural factors that are very closely related. Successful psychological adaptation depends on the type of person, the events in his life, and social support. Effective social adaptation depends on the knowledge of culture, the degree of inclusion in group relationships and the possibility of making contacts.
