Abstrakt: Příspěvek představuje analýzu souvislostí mezi supervizí a dalšími technikami kolegiálního sdílení a syndromem vyhoření u vyučujících na základních školách. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda učitelské týmové supervize a další techniky kolegiálního sdílení mohou sloužit jako protektivní faktor proti syndromu vyhoření a pokud ano, jak často v současnosti školy supervize a další techniky využívají, co od nich očekávají a jaké překážky při jejich zavádění vnímají.

Title: Supervision as protective factor against burnout syndrome among teachers
Abstract: As has been shown by many several studies, relationships among teachers has an effect on professional satisfaction and burnout syndrome. One of the way how the quality of relationships can be promoted is supervision or intervision. Through such techniques teachers develop respect and inspire each other. The aim of our paper is: 1) to find out whether supervision works as protective factor against burnout syndrome, 2) to find out how teachers and principals experience supervisions and to what barriers they face. Our first study included 2, 394 teachers, the second study included 2361 teachers and principals working in Czech grammar schools. The analysis show that there exist negative correlation between supervision and burnout syndrome. However, many schools does not have enough information about these methods. As main barriers are seen time and unwillingness to share negative experience with other teachers.
