Abstrakt: Příspěvek analyzuje přechody ze školy do práce v Česku z institucionální perspektivy. Na základě metody narativní přehledové studie ukazuje, jak jsou tranzice podmíněny strukturou vzdělávacích institucí a institucí trhu práce. Příspěvek předkládá pracovní závěr, že český systém lze popsat jako smíšený, nevyužívající potenciál ani koordinovaných, ani liberálních režimů. Dále konstatuje, že Česká republika nepatří ani k jednomu z typů prezentovaných v literatuře, a dovozuje implikace pro sociální politiku.

Title: TRANSITIONS FROM SCHOOL TO WORK FROM AN INSTITUTIONAL PERSPECTIVE: THE STATE OF KNOWLEDGE IN CZECHIA
Abstract: The paper examines school-to-work transitions in Czechia from an institutional perspective. Drawing on a narrative review methodology, it demonstrates how these transitions are conditioned by the configuration of educational institutions and labour-market structures. It advances a provisional conclusion that the Czech system can be characterised as a hybrid regime that fails to capitalise on the advantages of either coordinated or liberal models. Furthermore, it argues that Czechia does not conform to any of the types presented in the literature and outlines the resulting implications for social policy.
