Vycházíme z teoretických východisek individuální psychologie představované A. Adlerem a R. Dreikursem.

Title: SOCIOKLIMAPOSSIBILITY OF DIAGNOSING THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF PUPILS IN A SCHOOL-CLASS ENVIRONMENT

Abstract: Research aims to analyse the social climate of school classes in terms of three pro-inclusive faculties of admission, involvement, security. Questionnaire surveys focus on assessing the socio-behavioural climate components in the school class, according to a structure that is methodically verified and optimised for types of behaviour. The result is the rate of social inclusion of pupils expressed both by the index and by the indication of the degree of inclusion (optimal, satisfactory, ambitious, rather unsatisfactory, unsatisfactory). The socialization of the individual takes place in the context of the social group. The basic dimension of the inclusion of social inclusion is defined by the level of acceptance, involvement and security. We see acceptance as a mutual exchange of positive interpersonal contacts. Involvement represents an active participation in class events. The feeling of safety is conditional on the absence of danger. We are based on the theoretical basis of individual psychology presented by A. Adler and R. Dreikurs. The basic idea is the human need to be. In order to create a methodologically optimised structure to define the basic characteristics of social inclusion in the concept of inclusion, the methods of the questionnaire investigation were used. The results of the validation of empirical data in the form of research using the quantitative strategy of teaching research were verified by multidimensional statistical methods. Social inclusion indices are spread over intervals which define five levels of social inclusion. The individual assessment of a classmate is clearly due to his behaviour, other factors such as ethnic origin, skin color, are insignificant. As a rule, the social position in the classroom is based on the behaviour of the pupil. In using statistical methods, the limit limits for parameters for individual groups can be very well derived. The detailed characteristics of the class as a result of the questionnaire investigation are the basis for the follow-up work with the class as a whole, as well as with pupils in order to optimise social inclusion.
