Sekce 3: UČITELÉ A JINÍ PEDAGOGIČTÍ PRACOVNÍCI
Výzkum kombinuje dotazníkové šetření zjišťující výskyt vyhoření u učitelů (škály sledují míru vyhoření, deprese, self-efficacy a sociální podporu) a sérii případových studií na deseti školách. V rámci případových studií projde dotazníkovým šetřením celý učitelský sbor. Rozhovory potom proběhnou s učiteli s nejnižšími a nejvyššími hodnotami vyhoření.

Abstract: The contribution describes the factors involved in the development of stress and combustion among teachers. It follows mainly the z factors related to communication and pressure from pupils‘ parents. Burnout syndrome is a multidimensional design that includes: 1) emotional and physical exhaustion; 2) a sense of alienation (from work activities) and a cynical attitude towards the working environment and colleagues; 3) Reduced performance, mainly related to daily tasks at work, at home or in the care of family members (Maslach, Jackson, & Leiter, 1996; Stock, 2010) Such a situation arises when one is exposed to high and long-term stress. According to Friedman (1996), there are two different ways to burn out: a cognitive path that involves a cognitive conflict between actual and desired work performance and / or an affective path that relates to feelings of reworking and emotional exhaustion. The teacher’s profession is a source of many forms of stress, which, under certain circumstances, can lead to burning. Research combines a questionnaire survey on the incidence of burning among teachers (scales monitor the rate of burning, depression, self-evaluation and social support) and a series of case studies in ten schools. In case studies, the whole faculty will go through the inquiry. The interviews will then take place with teachers with the lowest and highest burning values. Communication with parents is significantly involved in the amount of stress at school. The age of teachers and their satisfaction in the profession are important factors in managing stress. Support for school management to teachers and overall quality work with parents have a positive impact on the degree of stress among teachers.
