Sekce 2: VYCHOVÁVANÝ A VZDĚLÁVANÝ JEDINEC

Z uvedených principů vychází zejména teorie duálního kódování, kognitivní teorie multimediálního učení a teorie kognitivní zátěže (McTigue & Coleman, 2013, s. 285–290; srov. také Mareš, 2013, s. 131–133). Autoři realizovali 22 nestrukturovaných heuristických rozhovorů s žáky 7. a 8. ročníku ZŠ.

Title: IN WHAT IS THE REQUEST OF THE PROBLEMLY ORIENTED GEOGRAPHICAL TEACHES? RESULTS OF THE QUALITY RESEARCH SONDA.
Abstract: The aim of the contribution is to present the results of a qualitative research probe, which found out what problems pupils in 2nd grade are dealing with in solving a problem-oriented geographical teaching role. This is part of a more comprehensive research survey, in which the students examined spoke about the selected visualizations represented in the current Czech geography textbooks. The most frequently applied theoretical approaches to examining the learning process from image material are based on the distinction of sensory channels (e.g. auditory / visual) or diverse modems of representations (e.g. text / image) as well as the assumption of limited workmemory capacity. In particular, the theory of dual coding, cognitive theory of multimedia learning and cognitive load theory (McTigue & Coleman, 2013, p. 285-290; cf. also Mareš, 2013, p. 131133) is based on these principles. The authors conducted 22 unstructured heuristic interviews with pupils of the 7th and 8th grade of the University. During the interview, the students examined dealt with a problem-oriented teaching role accompanied by visuals represented in the selected current Czech geography textbooks and in the School Atlas of the World. The aim was to find out (a) what pupils most often fail to solve the learning role created, (b) whether and how pupils use visual to solve the teaching role. The interviews were evaluated by a qualitative content analysis method. The conference will present the results of the initial analyses of the interviews carried out, which will enable the answer to the question: What difficulties do pupils have in solving the teaching tasks relating to the relevant geographical topic? The contribution is part of the solution of the Czech GA project Visual geographical information and its role in geographical education (GA16-01003S).
