Abstrakt: Cílem příspěvku je informovat o předběžných výsledcích longitudinálního výzkumu narativní kompetence. Vývoj narativní kompetence, čili schopnosti porozumět informacím ve formě příběhu a schopnost dávat informacím strukturu příběhu, představuje vývoj komplexu různých kognitivních modulů: modul syntagmaticky členit narativní prostor (k tomu mu složí různé typy spojení: adiční, temporální či kauzativní), modul koheze (bezchybné užití anafor) a modul narativní koherence (schopnost vystavět zápletku).

Title: DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL COMPATIBILITY IN CHILDRENLONGITUDINAL RESEARCH OBSERVATIONS

Abstract: The aim of the contribution is to inform about the preliminary results of the longitudin research of the narrative competence. The development of narrative competence, i.e. the ability to understand information in the form of a story and the ability to give information the structure of a story, represents the development of a complex of different cognitive modules: the module synthagmatically break down the narrative space (to do this will consist of different types of connections: additive, temporal or causative), the cohesive module (flawless use of anafor) and the native coherence module (ability to build a plot). The activity of each cognitive module can be empirically monitored. Research aims to understand the development of narrative competence and the development of their individual components. The data collection method is at the limit of experiment and conversation. The children were invited to tell the story of the Red Riding Hood. They also heard a newly created fairy tale and were to immediately retell it (Curenton, 2011). The data was collected longitudinally (or microgenetically) every two months. Both the microstructure (Berman, 2001) and the macrostructure (Mandler, 1984) were analysed for overwritten stories. The results were statistically compared. 20 respondents between 5 and 7 years of age participated in the study. The comparison of individual variables shows narrative cohesion as an important indicator of the development of narrative competence.
