Sekce 3: Učitelé a jiní pedagogičtí pracovníci

Abstrakt: Cílem příspěvku je představit výzkum realizovaný na katedře pedagogiky a psychologie na FP TUL. Na základě publikovaných výzkumů a relevantní teorie byly vymezeny profesní kompetence, které by měly být rozvíjeny v pregraduální přípravě učitelů. Na základě toho byly vytvořeny dotazníky, které vyplnilo 22 studentů a 22 jejich cvičných učitelů − učitelů primárních škol. Poté byl realizován primární výzkum zaměřený na posouzení míry rozvoje těchto kompetencí u studentů cvičnými učiteli po ukončení závěrečných souvislých praxí. Výzkum dále zjišťoval, jak své profesní kompetence po ukončení praxí hodnotí samotní studenti. Výsledky tohoto sebehodnocení jsou podrobněji analyzovány.

Title: Research of professional competencies of student teachers at the end of their studies
Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present the research conducted at the Department of Education and Psychology, Faculty of Science, Humanities and Education, Technical University of Liberec. Professional competencies that should be developed in undergraduate teacher training were defined. On this basis, we developed a questionnaire completed by 22 students and 22 students´mentorsprimary school teachers. Primary research focused on assessment of development of these competencies by mentors was conducted after the final continuous practice. The research also found out how the students evaluate their professional competencies themselves. The results of this self-evaluation are analyzed in detail.
