V Česku nebylo realizováno mnoho výzkumů, které by u učitelů ZŠ mapovaly subjektivní míru vnímané připravenosti, podpory a zdatnosti v rámci inkluzivního vzdělávání.
Klíčová slova: inkluzivní vzdělávání, učitelé základních škol, kvantitativní výzkum
Title: Perceptions of Primary School Teachers on Their Preparedness, Support and Self-efficacy in Relation to Inclusive Education
Abstract: In the Czech research context, there have not been many research studies conducted that would monitor teachers’ subjective level of perceived preparedness, support and self-efficacy in relation to the inclusive education. This study aims to identify the subjective perceptions of teachers and it aims to analyse whether there are differences in terms of participant socio-demographic characteristics. In total, 1340 teachers from 140 Czech common primary schools participating in this quantitative research study. Almost 60% of teachers felt unprepared for inclusive education, but ¾ of teachers perceived the support from school management teams rather positively overall (even the methodical support provided by the school advisory centres was perceived positively overall by teachers when working with SEN pupils). Their preparedness, support and self-efficacy were usually viewed more positively if SEN coordinator, special teacher or a school psychologist were present at a school.
