Abstrakt: Příspěvek nabízí vhled do problematiky vývoje profese asistenta pedagoga (dále jen AP) v českém systému vzdělávání a snaží se poukázat na potenciální změnu současného pojetí. Prostřednictvím statistického souhrnu dat a v kontextu změn legislativních dokumentů je představen AP v prostředí českého školství.

Title: Sharing of teaching assistants as a result of legislative changes
Abstract: The poster is focused on the development of the profession (a teaching assistant). It is possible to reflect the development of the AP profession through legislative documents and statistical data. On the basis of statistical data and amendment to Decree 27/2016 Coll. it is desirable to reflect the future direction of the AP. Research results show that it is an important and growing number of TA in education. On the other hand, there are problems in practice. As currently „sharing“ it becomes the starting point for effective inclusion, the Finnish model of „sharing“ can be an inspiration.
